本場音樂會如同一條靜靜流淌的時間之河,穿越世紀的幽影與光明,低語著悼辭與頌歌。四位作曲家—巴赫、貝多芬、拉威爾與蕭邦—以各自語言書寫對生命與美的回應。音樂在此不僅承載記憶與時光,更成為通往不可見世界的橋樑。
音樂會中拉威爾的”Pavane pour une infante défunte”,展現了這種遙遠而內斂的美。他的音樂常以曖昧和聲與精緻聲響為表現,然而這首作品卻採用幾近古風的和聲與壓抑節制的情感,評論家Samuel Langford於此曲改編成管弦樂版本時的首演(27 February 1911 in Manchester),讚嘆此曲為「最美的作品」並補充說道:”The piece is hardly representative of the composer, with whom elusive harmonies woven in rapid figuration are the usual medium of expression. In the Pavane we get normal, almost archaic harmonies, subdued expression, and a somewhat remote beauty of melody.”
如同 Rainer Maria Rilke 筆下的《杜伊諾哀歌》(Duineser Elegien),音樂不是為了逃避死亡,而是為了將它昇華為永恆的形象。願聆聽者在聲音與靜默之間,感受藝術如何在終結中重生,在遺忘中留下痕跡。

鋼琴/劉維由
2002年生於台灣台南,為鋼琴演奏者與聲音藝術創作者。自幼在母親王玉華老師的啟蒙下學習音樂,鋼琴啟蒙於徐敬珈老師,學生時期曾師事許馨心與陳宜蓁老師。亦曾接受陳麗后、葉翹任、方永信與杜冠璋老師的小提琴指導。現就讀於國立台北藝術大學音樂學系鋼琴組,師事范姜毅教授。 劉維由畢業於新興國中與高雄中學音樂班,並於2016年以全國高中聯招鋼琴榜首成績考入高雄中學。他曾接受Thomas Lymenstull、楊玉珍、黎國媛、盧易之、蔡佳憓、陳毓襄、劉孟捷、陳必先等知名教授的指導。
2017年,劉維由榮獲國際古典公開賽鋼琴少年組銀獎,並代表台灣參加捷克國際貝多芬音樂大賽。
2018年與友人組成鋼琴三重奏,榮獲全國音樂比賽第一名。
2019年,他於衛武營音樂廳演出拉赫曼尼諾夫《第二號鋼琴奏鳴曲》,並舉辦個人獨奏會。2021年,入選瑞士伯恩舉行的Elevato國際青少年鋼琴大賽決賽,並於2022年入圍台北藝術大學「關渡新聲」決選。
除鋼琴詮釋外,劉維由亦從事聲音及跨領域藝術創作,現為藝術團體「玄關一直是空的」的觀念聲音藝術家之一,並參與「裂縫計畫」跨領域藝術實踐。自2022年以來,他展出多件聲音裝置與合作計畫,探索語言、空間與聲響之關係。
Wei-Yu Liu
Born in 2002 in Tainan, Taiwan, Wei-Yu Liu is a pianist and sound artist. He began studying music under the guidance of his mother, Yu-Hua Wang, and received his initial piano training from Ching-Chia Hsu. During his student years, he studied piano with Ms. Stella Hsu for two years and then with Ms. I-Chen Chen for five years, while also receiving violin instruction from Li-Hou Chen, Geoffrey Yeh, Yung-Hsin Fang, and Kuan-Chang Tu. He is currently pursuing a degree in piano performance at the Taipei National University of the Arts under Professor Yi Fan-Chiang.
He graduated from the Kaohsiung Senior High School, where he was admitted in 2016 with the highest piano score in the national entrance exam. Liu has also worked with renowned pedagogues such as Thomas Lymenstull, Yu-Jane Yang, (Constance)Kuo-Yuan Lee, Yi-Chih Lu, Chia-Hui Tsai, Gwhyneth Chen, Meng-Chieh Liu, and Pi-Hsien Chen.
In 2017, Liu won the Silver Medal in the Youth Division of the International Classical Music Competition and was selected to represent Taiwan in the Beethoven International Piano Competition in the Czech Republic. In 2018, he collaborated with fellow musicians to form a piano trio that won First Prize at the National Student Music Competition (Taiwan). In 2019, he performed Rachmaninoff’s Piano Sonata No. 2 at the National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts (WeiWuYing) Concert Hall and gave his first solo recital at Kaohsiung City Music Hall. He was a finalist in the 2021 Elevato International Piano Competition in Bern, Switzerland, and was also selected for the 2021 “Kuan-Du Rising Stars” program at TNUA.
In addition to piano performance, Liu engages in sound-based and interdisciplinary artistic practices. He is a conceptual sound artist in the collective “HSUAN KUAN YI CHIH SHIH KUNG TE” Art Group, and a participant in “The Fissure Project”, a cross-disciplinary art initiative. Since 2022, he has presented numerous sound installations and collaborative works, exploring the relationships between language, space, Conceptual, and Ambisonic.
